Bite your Tongue....

Ok, so here I am carving out some time to let ya'll in on some activities from the past few days:

So, like Daniel (hubby) had an appt yesterday (got there @ 9:41 am) and we left @ 3:00p.m.!!!!! Yes, I said 3 pm!! The nurses were so confused they were getting ready to have D take a CT scan and we were like what? The Dr was ordering one for the middle of Aug and they were trying to prep him!! We just wanted out!! Finally a nurse who had his head on came and straightened everything out and we were outta there!! We had actually been released@ 2:20 but the nurses never came in to let us know!! It wasn't until we were gonna walk out that they paid us some attention!! D (Diabetic) needed to eat and so we were going to leave earlier @ 12:40 but they took us to a room and left us there!! ( So we wouldn't leave? ) C'mon, we are pretty patient but 5+ hrs? Just so they could tell us, "Continue your meds, u r doing well." Ughhhh, I know there's a severe shortage and they are probably doing their best..... patience..... Bite your tongue.....

N-e who..... so, Chris is back!!! My biggest boy was missing us cuz he wanted a bear hug when he saw me yesterday... ( I frantically gasped for air...) N was so excited she forgot she was hungry and wanted to stay home with C and so did D Jr. ---- That only left us one option - Daniel and I went for dinner @ Olive Garden (alone) and brought home dinner for them..... :O)

Wow, now - there was this well dressed couple sitting behind Daniel and they freaked me out!! They had a 3 ish? yr old rather big daughter (sucking on a "binky") who reigned over them..... she was walking around getting in the way of the waiters carrying trays of food and when her parents told her she needed to sit down - she totally ignored them... when their food arrived, she began throwing food across the table and smearing ketchup with her fork. She then proceeded to crawl into the bottom basket of the stroller (not once - twice ) and it flipped over next to Daniel (she was o.k) - needless to say the mother was upset and she replied, "We can't even go to dinner!" along with a few choice words!! Whoa!!! Man, what is going on there? ....Bite your tongue.... : O0

One more thing before I leave - the other day I received in the mail a "sample" diaper. When D Jr and N saw this - they were so excited!! I was like - no - it's not what you think!!! It took me a few minutes to calm them down enough to convince them that they have always sent me "samples" from as far back as when we lived on Brandywine.... As we were driving along - N says,"Mom, I'd like for you guys to have another girl so we can even out." and D quickly responded,"Yeah, so to double the annoyance? No thanks!!" Man, I just felt the love ... ; O)
